How do I contact an Adviser?

Do you offer a bespoke service?

Yes. Our bespoke service provides personal consultation with Melissa, to create one-off pieces of jewellery that are beyond your expectations.

Do you offer an engraving service?

Yes. However due to the specialist nature of engraving, there can be a long lead time, if you’d like to discuss this option further please contact one of our advisers email concierge@melissaharrisjewellery.com

Is gift wrapping available?

Yes. We are delighted to offer free gift wrap with all online orders. Your jewellery will be presented in a Melissa Harris box, hand tied with ribbon.

Does the price include taxes and import duties?

The are no taxes and import duties included in the online price. Please note that any duty and taxes that may be levied in the country of destination are the responsibility of the customer. 

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept payment online by Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Paypal. We can also accept Direct Deposit by arrangement, please email melissa@melissaharrisjewellery.com to discuss.

Are Melissa Harris diamonds from traceable sources?

Melissa Harris sources diamonds from reputable gem merchants in Sydney and London to ensure the stones we use come from non-conflict countries including Canada and India. We also adhere to the strict guidelines outlined in the Kimberley Process.
