Where do you deliver and what are your delivery charges?

It is our pleasure to deliver within Australia free of charge.

We also deliver worldwide. Purchases up to $1500 incur a $55 shipping fee with Australia Post. Purchases over $1500 are shipped using an insured FedEx service. ($90.00 charge applies).

Please note that any duty and taxes that may be levied in the country of destination are the responsibility of the customer and we are not responsible for delayed transit times.

We require a signature upon delivery therefore we are unable to deliver to PO Boxes.

Please note, due to the bespoke nature of Melissa Harris jewellery, some items will be made to order, therefore your item may take up to 4 weeks to arrive. If this is the case we will keep you updated on progress of your order.

What is your policy for returns and exchanges?

We do not offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect sizes, however we are happy to exchange the item/s or offer a store credit on items purchased in-store or online. In the unlikely event that the item is faulty, we would replace or repair the item as soon as possible.

We do not accept returns or exchanges on custom made orders or sale items. 

If you need to return an item for any reason, you will be responsible for arranging to have the item(s) returned to us, and for any costs incurred. We strongly recommend that you use FedEx or registered post to return your items to us, as we are not responsible for items which do not reach us.

You can return your jewellery by contacting one of our advisers on (02) 93272802. We will issue you with a returns form which must be enclosed with the item(s) to be returned. Return items must be received back within 7 days.

What are your delivery time frames?

We endevour do our best to send your order to you as quickly as possible. If the item is in stock it will be dispatched within 24hours (Monday-Friday) after order is placed. For items that are made to order, please allow 4-5 weeks for delivery.

We are unable to take any responsibility for third party freight and courier companies if your order is delayed or does not arrive by a certain date. There are no refunds or exchanges for any orders that are delayed in transit or do not arrive according to a specified delivery time frame.

Once your order is dispatched you will be sent an email with your applicable tracking number.
