Where do you deliver and what are your delivery charges?

Delivery within Australia is $15 to metropolitan cities and $20 to regional Australia via Australia Post EXPRESS POST

We also deliver worldwide. Shipping worldwide $55  shipping fee with DHL, FEDEX. Purchases over $600 AUD may incur additional insurance charges.

For international shipments TO EUROPE, ASIA, AND THE USA all import duties, sales taxes or other import costs, incurred at the point of entry into the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.
For international import duty rates please contact your local customs department.
We are not responsible for delayed transit times.

ALL DELIVERIES within AUSTRALIA INCLUDE GST at checkout

All packages shipped internationally are trackable.  Items over $1000 AUD will need a signature.

Please note, due to the bespoke nature of Melissa Harris jewellery, all items will be made to order, therefore your item will take 4 weeks to arrive. If this is the case we will keep you updated on progress of your order. If you need you order sooner please contact us and we will endeavour to fulfil your desired date.

What is your policy for returns and exchanges?  

We do not offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect sizes, however we are happy to exchange the item/s or offer a store credit on items purchased online. In the unlikely event that the item is faulty, we would replace or repair the item as soon as possible. The item needs to be inspected by the workshop to determine any faults.

Rings that have been resized CANNOT be returned for credit or exchange. IF YOU ARE UNSURE OF YOUR SIZE please visit a reputable jeweller and request that they establish your size.

We do not accept returns or exchanges on custom made orders or sale items. 

If you need to return an item for any reason, you will be responsible for arranging to have the item(s) returned to us, and for any costs incurred. We strongly recommend that you use FedEx or registered post to return your items to us, as we are not responsible for items which do not reach us.

To return your jewellery you must contact USA by email to melissa@melissaharrisjewellery.com or call +44 7861 091718  within 24 hours of receipt of the jewellery.We will issue you with a returns form which must be enclosed with the item(s) to be returned. Return items must be received within 7 days from receipt for exchange or credit. Jewellery must be returned in original Melissa Harris packaging, undamaged and and unworn, which is established after inspection in the workshop.Once this is confirmed a credit note can be issued.

The of payment of duties and taxes to return or exchange into and from the UK is the responsibility of the customer.

 

What are your delivery time frames?

We do our best to send your order to you as quickly as possible. we are working towards being a fully sustainable brand and make most jewellery to order please allow 4-5 weeks for delivery.

We are unable to take any responsibility for third party freight and courier companies if your order is delayed or does not arrive by a certain date. There are no refunds or exchanges for any orders that are delayed in transit or do not arrive according to a specified delivery time frame.

Once your order is dispatched you will be sent an email with your applicable tracking number.
