Where do you deliver and what are your delivery charges?
Delivery within the UK is £10.
We also deliver worldwide. Shipping worldwide £35 shipping fee with DHL, FEDEX or Royal Mail. Purchases over £750 will incur additional insurance charges.
For international shipments outside the European Union, all import duties, sales taxes or other import costs, incurred at the point of entry into the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.
For international duty rates please contact your local customs department.
We are not responsible for delayed transit times.
We require a signature upon delivery therefore we are unable to deliver to PO Boxes.
Please note, due to the bespoke nature of Melissa Harris jewellery, some items will be made to order, therefore your item may take up to 4 weeks to arrive. If this is the case we will keep you updated on progress of your order.

What is your policy for returns and exchanges?
We do not offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect sizes, however we are happy to exchange the item/s or offer a store credit on items purchased online. In the unlikely event that the item is faulty, we would replace or repair the item as soon as possible.
Rings that have been resized CANNOT be returned for credit or exchange. IF YOU ARE UNSURE OF YOUR SIZE please visit a reputable jeweller and request that they establish your size.
We do not accept returns or exchanges on custom made orders or sale items.
If you need to return an item for any reason, you will be responsible for arranging to have the item(s) returned to us, and for any costs incurred. We strongly recommend that you use FedEx or registered post to return your items to us, as we are not responsible for items which do not reach us.
You can return your jewellery by contacting us +44 7861 091718 We will issue you with a returns form which must be enclosed with the item(s) to be returned. Return items must be received within 7 days from receipt for exchange or credit.
Jewellery must be returned in original Melissa Harris packaging, undamaged and and unworn, which is established after inspection in the workshop. once this is confirmed a credit note can be issued.
What are your delivery time frames?
We endevour do our best to send your order to you as quickly as possible. If the item is in stock it will be dispatched within 48 hours (Monday-Friday) after order is placed. For items that are made to order, please allow 4-5 weeks for delivery.
We are unable to take any responsibility for third party freight and courier companies if your order is delayed or does not arrive by a certain date. There are no refunds or exchanges for any orders that are delayed in transit or do not arrive according to a specified delivery time frame.
Once your order is dispatched you will be sent an email with your applicable tracking number.
